It can be gratifying when you try something new and it comes out extremely tasty, right? So tonight I put Trader Joe's fig & goat cheese and hamburger on a King's Hawaiian bread roll. It was a good start. Then I added a pike of arugula and it became something special. I decided this tasty little slider deserved a Sterling Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon. It was the right. choice and resulted in a delightful pairing.
